About Pikkie Cottage

cross The land on which this original 1920 cottage stands was sold to the Saldanha Bay Habour and Railway Company in 1914 and the cottage sold to Madeline Johnson Murgatroyd, who wrote children's story books while living in the cottage. She had a daughter Diana who was in love with the Greek Islands and when finding out this my heart was set to purchase Pikkie Cottage and add on the 2 newly appointed B&B rooms, in keeping with the original Greek style feel.
